All homes are priced at $149 per sq. ft.. Payments are calculated on a 30-year (360 months) loan at ~6.35% APR. Monthly payments include a $100 maintenance fee. Each payment is split into **80% housing cost** and **20% into your VWF Trust account**. Note: Land cost, site preparation, and local taxes may increase final value.
