EXECUTIVE TEAM
The Executive Team aligns programs, operations, and partners to deliver housing and services with consistency and integrity. It coordinates core functions including development, resident placement and support, grants, finance, compliance, communications, and community partnerships. The team protects public trust by managing risk, enforcing policies, and tracking performance so every effort stays focused on veterans and underserved families.
Veterans First Advisory Council
Veterans First Advisory Council is a veteran led group that guides housing design, resident supports, and community partnerships. The council helps VWF stay accountable to veteran needs, safety, and results.
University of West Florida Grant Writing Development Team
University of West Florida Grant Writing Development Team supports Viviscent Wellness Foundation by researching, writing, and assembling federal, state, and local grant applications aligned to Homes Across America and related housing initiatives. The team manages opportunity tracking, proposal calendars, narrative development, budgets, required attachments, and submission readiness. Work focuses on USDA, HUD, VA, state housing programs, and other mission aligned funding streams.

Leads fundraising strategy and donor stewardship. Oversees sweepstakes rules, compliance, and winner integrity.
PROPERTY AND HOUSING OPERATIONS
Acquires, builds, and manages housing assets. Oversees resident readiness and property performance.
