Viviscent Wellness Foundation is expanding care beyond housing by launching six specialized medical and wellness center models to support communities across the country. These centers are part of our national pilot program rollout to meet urgent needs in senior care, trauma recovery, and community health.

  1. Assisted Living Units
    Supportive residential housing for seniors and individuals who need help with daily living tasks, meals, and on-site care.
  2. Memory Care Villages
    Secure, therapeutic environments for individuals living with Alzheimer’s or dementia, with 24/7 trained support.
  3. Post-Rehabilitation Housing Units
    Short-term housing for those recovering after surgery or hospital discharge. Includes access to physical therapy and medical oversight.
  4. Adult Day Care Centers
    Day programs offering meals, activities, health checks, and supervision for seniors and disabled adults. Supports family caregivers.
  5. Domestic Violence Safe Shelters
    Confidential, trauma-informed housing for individuals and families escaping abuse. Includes crisis counseling, legal support, and long-term planning.
  6. Community Wellness Hubs
    Local centers that offer preventive health services, mental health support, nutrition classes, fitness activities, and health education.
